Turning

CNC turning is one of our main specialties, thanks to which we can meet even the most demanding projects. We use the latest technologies and advanced numerically controlled machine tools, which enable precise and effective turning operations.

What is CNC turning?

CNC turning (Computer Numerical Control) is a machining technology that is based on controlling the movement of the machine tool using a computer numerical system. Unlike traditional conventional turning, CNC turning ensures higher precision, repeatability and enables the creation of more complex shapes.

How does CNC turning work?

The CNC turning process begins by placing the workpiece (also called workpiece, blank, or raw material) on the machine tool's spindle. Then, an appropriately programmed computer controls the movements of the spindle and the cutting tool that process the material.

During turning, the machine tool removes material by rotating the raw material around its axis, and the tool moves parallel along the axis of rotation. Thanks to precise axis movements and properly programmed tool paths, we can achieve accuracy and repeatability of dimensions and finishes on machined parts.

Advantages of CNC turning:

Precision and repeatability

Thanks to numerical control, we achieve excellent repeatability of dimensions and surfaces, which is crucial in series production.

Complicated shapes

CNC turning technology allows for the processing of difficult-to-reach shapes, which increases the possibilities of designing and creating innovative solutions.

Efficiency

Automation of the turning process contributes to increasing production efficiency and shortening order execution time.

Multi-materiality

CNC turning can be used on a variety of materials, such as metals and plastics.

Milling

CNC milling is one of the most important elements of our offer, enabling the implementation of diverse and advanced projects. We have modern numerically controlled machine tools with 3, 4 and 5 axes, which enables precise milling at many levels of complexity.

What is CNC milling?

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling is an advanced machining technology that allows you to cut or shape objects using computer numerical control. CNC milling differs from traditional conventional milling in that the machining process is fully automated, which ensures greater accuracy and repeatability of operations.

How does CNC milling work?

In the CNC milling process, the machine tool moves the machining tool, which is attached to the spindle. The computer controls the machine tool's movement axes, allowing the tool to move in three dimensions (x, y, z), and in the case of CNC milling in 4 and 5 axes, also to rotate around additional rotary axes.

Thanks to this, we can create more complex shapes and details, which is particularly important in the production of elements with advanced geometry.

Advantages of CNC milling:

Multi-axis

We have 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines, which allows us to implement various projects of geometric complexity.

Precision and accuracy

CNC milling guarantees high precision and repeatability of dimensions, which is necessary in prototype and series production.

Efficiency

Thanks to the automation of the milling process, we achieve higher efficiency and shorter order execution time.

Multi-materiality

CNC milling is effective on a variety of materials, including metals and plastics.

Surface grinding

We offer professional CNC surface grinding services that will allow you to obtain excellent surface finish and the highest dimensional precision.

What is CNC surface grinding?

CNC grinding is a machining process in which the surface is machined using special grinding tools and the movements of the machine tool are controlled by a computer numerical system. CNC surface grinding allows you to obtain perfectly smooth and even surfaces, eliminating any unevenness or defects.

How does CNC surface grinding work?

In the CNC grinding process, the machine tool moves the grinding tool along a given path on the plane of the workpiece. During processing, the grinder gently removes excess material while giving the surface the desired shape and finish. A computer control system controls every detail of the process, ensuring precise adjustments to specified dimensions and tolerances.

Advantages of CNC surface grinding:

Perfect finish

Thanks to precise numerical control, our grinding services provide an excellent surface finish, ideal for details that require high aesthetics and smoothness.

High dimensional precision

CNC grinding technology allows for obtaining very accurate dimensions and tolerances, which is crucial in the case of elements with strictly defined requirements.

Time and cost optimization

Automation of the grinding process increases production efficiency and reduces costs, which is beneficial for our customers.

Laser engraving

We are pleased to present our metal laser engraving service. Thanks to the advanced technology and experience of our team, we are able to provide precise and durable engraving on a variety of metal surfaces.

What is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is the process of marking patterns, graphics, inscriptions or other elements on a metal surface using a laser light beam.

How does laser engraving in metal work?

During laser engraving, the laser beam is focused on a small surface of the metal, which causes its spot heating and, as a result, changes the surface structure. Thanks to this, it is possible to apply permanent and accurate signs, inscriptions or graphics on metal elements.

Advantages of laser engraving:

Precision and accuracy

Our laser engraving machine offers exceptional precision, allowing you to engrave even the smallest details.

Durability

Laser engraving in metal ensures exceptional durability because the patterns and inscriptions applied are resistant to abrasion, corrosion and weather conditions.

Wide range of applications

Laser engraving is suitable for various types of metal, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and more.

Multifunctionality

Laser engraving technology allows you to create various patterns, inscriptions, IDs and barcodes on metal elements.
